How do I sign up for a team plan?
Select your plan from the team pricing above and enter your credit card info. You’ll receive a paid invoice each month by email, and you can also download past invoices from your billing page.
How do I add or remove members from my plan?
On your billing page, you’ll find a unique invite link. Send that link to your colleagues so they can join your plan right away. Your billing page also has a dashboard to remove members from your plan at any time.
How do my team members log in?
Each team member logs in using LinkedIn, whether they already subscribed to SellerCrowd or joined when you invited them.
Some people on my team already subscribe to SellerCrowd. Will they get a refund?
Yes, we’ll cancel any individual subscriptions for your team members and make any applicable refunds.
Can we cancel easily?
Yes, you can cancel a team plan any time on your billing page. Or send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my team members keep their anonymity on SellerCrowd?
Yes, absolutely. Each SellerCrowd account is private. We’ll never disclose a member’s identity or activity on SellerCrowd.
